"SUNSHINE LAW"
Meetings of the Board of Trustees of the Scranton State School
for the Deaf will be held on the following dates for 2008, February
5, March 11, May 13, August 12, October 14 and December 9. Meetings
will begin at 7:30 P.M. and will be held in the Board Room of
the Administration Building, SSSD campus, 1800 North Washington
Avenue, Scranton.
The public is invited.
1. Persons wishing to address the board must notify
the Superintendent/Board President one (1) week prior to the beginning
of the meeting.
2. Public input will be limited to five (5) minutes per person
per topic.
3. To offer input, a person must stand and give their name after
recognition by the chair.
4. Input only will be given by the public. The board will not
engage in debate with the public.
5. Staff may offer comments to the board only after issues have
been brought to the attention of their respective supervisor and
the labor-management process, if appropriate.
